I've read a number of ‘Whats in the bag’ and ‘Equipment Lists' from other photographers and it can often be interesting to see some of the more unusual bits of gear people use.

The image below is what is currently in my bag and I’ve added some notes below together with details of tripods, etc that I also use. If you have any questions in respect of anything below then please get in touch and I’ll help you where I can.

My main tripod was never a purchase I made with mobility in mind and whilst it performs it’s function superbly, there are times I would like to carry a lighter (and smaller) tripod with me (e.g. hiking or city break). The solution has been to add a travel setup which I have just recently purchased (Nov-18) and hope to put to the test soon.

Past Equipment

Over the years, particularly in the past 3/4 years, I’ve used various other cameras and lenses. My first camera purchase was the Nikon D70s which I then upgraded (many years later!) to the D7000 before moving full frame with the D610 and then in December 2017 to the D800 which I use today.
